　　The information has a confidentiality law. For expired or erroneous data, it cannot be circulated. It must be destroyed, broken or burned on the spot.
　　(1) If the secret carrier is destroyed, it shall be examined and approved by the competent authorities of the organ and unit, and the procedures for inventory and registration shall be performed.
　　(2) Destroy the secret carrier and ensure that the secret information cannot be restored.
　　The destruction of the secret carrier of paper media shall be treated by burning, chemical pulping, etc.; if it is destroyed by shredder, it shall use a shredder that meets the requirements for confidentiality; if it is sent to the paper mill for destruction, it shall be sent to the manufacturer designated by the confidential work department for destruction. 　　Two or more persons will be transported and supervised by the delivery unit. The destruction of secret carriers such as magnetic media and optical discs should be completely destroyed by physical or chemical methods.
　　(3) It is forbidden to sell the secret carrier as waste. The register used to record the receipt, use, clearing and destruction of the secret carrier shall be designated by the relevant department to be properly kept.
